Kasi di ba..Houses or Real Estate is somewhat a Liability (takes money out of your pocket) ..instead of an Asset (Brings money to your pocket).
    Nah. I disagree.

Although a bulk of your income will be slashed by paying monthly amortizations. Nonetheless a house is still an asset because it is a sound investment. Because as time progresses the value of your lot will appreciate more than 100% from the value during the time you purchased your house.

BTW, may alam ba kayong website where you can design your own room? Select or choose color combinations sa paint ng wall? Pag google dami masyado

Unlike nung time ng parents natin even a rank and file employee could afford to buy a residential unit. Ngayon kahit manager hirap din or to some extent VPs. Kaya marami umaalis.

But if you look at the flipside of our current situation. May advantage din naman. Think about it ang interest rate noon is around 30% ngayon between 8-15%. The question is how will you improve your credentials to get a loan. Yung legal way ha.

No house of my own yet. I really look up to those people who manage to buy their own house/condo before 30.

When we (my wife and I) got married a few years ago, we agreed that we will not live with my/her parents' place. ang hirap nun

Since she lives in an apartment when she was still single, and i live anywhere (depends on the day of the week), we decided to live in her apartment for a week and transferred to another place (rented).

We rented 3 houses in 4 years before we moved to our current home (condo) two years ago, our very own.

Planning to put the dream house on our vacant lot somewhere in the vicinity in he next few years.
