dapat mas ok ang timeworx kesa treadmill. para ka kasing naglalakad at nagba-bike dito, tapos pati upper body naeexercise din. pero mabilis ka kasing mapagod dito. less than 10min per day lang ang recommended dito.
ang ginagawa ko is treadmill ako ng mga 30min, tapos mag timeworx ako, pero matagal na sa akin ang 2min dito.Signature

tama kayo boring yung threadmill but effective.

diba 4 min a day lang ang timeworks?
total body workout na ito, however i suggest you do a cardiovascular workout firsst before proceeding to timeworks, siguro start at 15 min cv like treadmill, stationary bike, aerobics, etc, then 4 min timeworks, and increase the time as needed=)

bumili kme timeworks pero wala na gumagamit. Nakaka 30 na movement lang ata ako dito nyahaha less than 2 minutes lang. :lol:
Alam nyo same work out na parang treadmill na nde boring?.... window shopping!
