When I use WAZE, the 14km danger zone radius of Taal shows up. Sapul karamihan ng mga magagandang lote in Tagaytay, Mataas na Kahoy, Balete, Talisay, atbp.

Baka may apekto ito since potential buyers who use WAZE will surely be alerted to this. But then again, if for long term ang hawak, about hindi
