    Got this piece from today's philstar column. Nakakatawa tong MRT natin. May bagong trains, wala naman palang depot alloted para dito. Tapos yung riles kinatay (ipinalit sa mga sirang riles), kung saan pwede isingit sa Trinoma station sana.

    Tang na naman talaga oh. More fun in the Phl.

    For months, DOTC Secretary Emilio Abaya has been promising relief to the harried rail commuters “before April.” This is when the two Dalian train sets delivered so far were to be deployed on the MRT-3 line.

    This is not going to happen. Perhaps, the Dalian trains cannot be deployed long after the Noynoy Aquino administration steps down from power. The reason for this is that no new depot space has been built for the new train sets.

    Even if they try to cram the two new train sets into the existing depot beneath what is now the Trinoma mall, there are no stabling rails they could use. Those rails were torn out months ago and used to replace damaged rails on the MRT-3 line. The fly-by-night maintenance contractors hired by Mar Roxas and Jun Abaya on short-term contracts never bought spare parts to keep the rail service in shape.

    so kaya pala sa taft avenue sinasakay / install ang mga bago tren (na nag papa trapik) imbes na sa depot nito na nasa trinoma!

    pano yong mga sira naka tambak dun sa depot sa trinoma, wala space para sa mga bago
