    bro jasprit, yung training split ang pinost mo
    post mo ang actual exercises, weights, reps at sets para makilatis natin
    baka naman kasi puro machines yan at isolation exercises, mabagal tlaga yan

    cyrus: depende sa body type yan-which is dictated by genetics. kaya yung iba napakadali mag gain at yung iba hirap na hirap. yung iba naman parating ripped at may ibang ang bagal pumayat.

    ah ok cge sir pero nakaka hiya mahina lng ksi ako mag buhat hehe any way ito
    chest- bench press(inclined) 1 set 12 reps(60lbs),2 set 8reps(80lbs), 3 set 6reps(90-95lbs)
    then flat na bench press naman same lang din ang ginagawa ko
    then yng machine na hinihila papunta sa gitna di ko alam tawag eh 1set 130lbs 12reps
    2 set 140lbs 8reps 3set 150lbs 6reps
    then free weigth naman na dumbell inlclined and flat 20-25-30lbs pa baba ang reps
    bicep concentration's 20-25-30lbs pababa din ang reps ko
    then yng naka tayu ka para sa bicep din un 10-20-30lbs pababa din reps

    Back- hinihila pa baba 80-90-100lbs
    hinihila pa taas 75-100-120lbs
    naka upo ka tapos may hinihila ka gamit both hands 50-75-105lbs
    then yng may dumbell ka tass bubuhatin mo pa taas using 1 hand lng alternate pareho
    55-60-70lbs

    shoulder- military press 30-35-40lbs
    shoulder press 35-40-45lbs
    di ko alam yng tawag sa iba eh post ka sa tuesday yng mga tawag di ko ksi kabisadao hehe..

    mukhang tama naman ginagawa mo, increasing weight at decreasing reps
    uunahin ko yung flat bench pero personal preference lang yan, kung ok ka na nauuna incline ok na rin
    pero machines ba yang sa chest? mas ok kung bench talaga with free weights. or kahit yung rack na may cables lang sa gilid para di ka maipit.
    tapos yung open-close pec machine (fly tawag dyan hehe) gawin mo nalang on a bench with dumbells.
    baka nasa bodytype mo talaga na mabagal mag gain, ok lang yan, tyaga lang talaga.

    tsaka cguraduhin mong may squats at deadlift sa legs day mo. proven na yan na ultimate growth exercises

    I know somebody who took roids as young as high school. he's a former soccer varsity player and does 100m dash in mid to high 10-11 seconds which is very fast for a soccer player he said. Now, He has scars in his heart. sobra daw lumaki muscles ng heart niya.

    So tinigilan na niya then he shifted to pilates at yoga for recovery, mas masaya daw siya ngayun dahil mas madami daw chicks siyang nakukuha with his lean body kesa nung mala-mike tyson yung katawan niya.

    for me, masaya na ako sa mala-adonis/adan kong katawan.... joke! hehehe....

    Mga nahanap kong pinakamurang gym equipment sas Raon, katabi ng mga electronic shops. Marami sila kaya OK rin selections
