government is supposed to take care of everybody, rich and poor alike.
the rich have the wherewithal to take care of themselves.
it is the poor who need a little help from government.

Pero mas gusto ko nga na umangat sila, maging edukado, magkatrabaho kasi that way the way they live and think will change, which will affect the people around them.

    Always playing the victim card...
Some of these people are not persecuted, they're just a bunch of as*holes.
There's a difference between those who really need assistance and those who are only taking advantage of the government.

maraming disenteng people sa squatters' area. they simply haven't had the proper breaks. "gusto nga naming lumipat, but... san kami pupunta?"

    OT,
sa manila-bound slex, there's a stretch of many small houses on the right. i noticed that it's been sitting there, looking unused, for years now.
    what gives?

hindi naman madali magtinda sa masikip at mainit but that's what they know. I don't see that as slacking off.

Shadow hindi ako against sa paglilinis ni Isko. I'm for it. We know may gawain dun na illegal, I'm not supporting it. What I'm saying is I understand the plight of the vendors. Pagtitinda yung alam nila gawin. What I'm saying is for the Manila government to help make it right, which Isko already said he will, aayusin lang niya.

I do agree. I know someone who is from a depressed area and kahit sya inis sa mga kapitbahay na barubal at madumi.
It is all in the mindset.
