ok ba track record nila? does anyone own a condo developed by SMDC? a friend is planning to buy kasi. they seem to be around for a long time now, although medyo low profile.

is that for the SMDC condo project in Better Living, Paranaque?

er, actually i'm interested in their condo units sa north edsa and sta mesa -- which are either just recently completed or ongoing. i'm not really aware of any other projects they've undertaken in the past...

oh, i didn't know that they have a project in that area. I'm currently staying at the SMDC condo in Parañaque. okay naman ang development nila, and far from citiland projects na parang ang sikip sikip.

i think we worked with them before... we are a construction firm kasi, usually kung okay sila sa mga contractors nila okay rin sila sa client nila... okay naman sm dc and ayala... ang megaworld and i dont recommend...

ows? baket mo nasabi un sir van? it's funny 'coz a friend's brother works in a lesser known architectural firm, ganun din ung feedback sa megaworld -- though he really didn't elaborate
