ok ba track record nila? does anyone own a condo developed by SMDC? a friend is planning to buy kasi. they seem to be around for a long time now, although medyo low profile.

December 10th, 2005 05:39 PM #5i think we worked with them before... we are a construction firm kasi, usually kung okay sila sa mga contractors nila okay rin sila sa client nila... okay naman sm dc and ayala... ang megaworld and i dont recommend...

December 12th, 2005 01:03 AM #11robinsons land? okay naman ata sila ah... it doesnt mean na pangit yun katabi not good investment yun... maybe idedevelop pa lang yun place na katabi... which would make it even a better investment, since you got a 'soon to be' good place at a much lower price since you acquired it before the boom in that area...
