I'm planning to live in Antipolo. I need some advice kung saan subdivision or area maganda in terms of security (theft) and safety (landslide). Budget po is 1.2M or less.

hhmm.. marami ako nakikitang magagandang subdivision sa antipolo na muka namang safe ung mga walang mga squatters na katabi! most of them are ung mga paakyat ng atipolo kasi sa may bayan wala na ganung subdivisions na malalaki!

I highly recommend Filinvest East along Marcos Highway. It's near malls like Sta Lucia and Robinson's Metroeast. Near grocery chain Cherry Foodarama. Near schools like Assumption, San Benildo, etc. Maganda environment, may parks, clubhouse, basketball gymnasium. Accessible to public transport. Medyo bias ang recommendation ko kasi I happen to live there.

They made a wise decision in choosing that location since it's in close proximity to important places (church, market, bank and now, Shopwise). Swerte din yung loteng yun kasi East-facing. Only problem is, medyo nag-deteriorate na yung subdivision na kinalalagyan nun, napalitan na kasi ng mga jologs yung mga dating residente dun.
We purchased a lot sa Richdale Subdivision (along Sumulong Highway) two years ago. Primary consideration was location (medyo mataas yung area, hindi prone sa baha) and relative cost (3,500 per square meter nun, total lot area of 272 square meters). No idea yet kung kelan namin mapapatayuan ng bahay yun.

Bad trip lang dun kung yung water supply is exclusive sa subdivision, as in our case. Deep well pump yung gamit namin, kaya pag nasira yung pump, walang tubig sa buong lugar. Same thing pag may power failure; no water.
Hopefully that's going to change now that Manila Water is installing pipes everywhere. In a month, we might be having an uninterrupted water supply.

Just a moment... just checked my vin. mine not affected. i read somewhere 2018-2019...
