    nakakainis. I just compared Metro Manila's rates to the peeps in Bayarea and Socal. Halos parehas lang. 12-13 cents per KWH.

    You are correct there, bro.

    We have one of the most expensive (if not the most expensive) power rates in the region. This is one of the major reasons why we are not competitive with our neighbors for manufacturing activities.

    Years ago,- it was highlighted to Malacanang by our country's Semiconductor Association because after Salary and Wages,- this is the most expensive chunk of manufacturing expense.

    Well,- very sad to say, that it reached the not-so-important category if not the disposal bin of our government as we are still reeling from high power rates.... So much so for our dear government's drive/push to keep/generate jobs here in our country.....
