C6 will benefit not only those living in the East, but will also free up the major roads for the rest of the Metro.

Yung taytay side ongoing na widening from current 2 lanes to 4 lanes. Dont know when they will finish though pero ongoing yung paggiba ng structures along right of way. Pero during good days ortigas center is just 30 mintues away.

^Yes, that is a road that will decongest EDSA, C5, Commonwealth, Ortigas Marcos Highway, etc. They just have to execute it.

Ayan ang straight makakapunta ka quezon avenue, cubao , legarda , recto , divisoria , san juan as in all four lanes ayan ang way.

Sa south pwede kung WorkFromHome ka or trabaho mo near mall of asia pasay bgc/mckinley taguig , makati area and pasig. Pag lumagpas ka jan eh ngah-ngah.

Also i like to compare dulo ng zabarte north vs zapote south. Both part ng ncr at pareha malayo. Pag sinabi zabarte eh big part of it is caloocan tapos may part na falseQC of novaliches and farview.
