    hindi ba under sa EPIRA law, consumers now have the right to choose kung saan natin bibilihin ang ating electrical supply?

    this wont happen. too many small medium businesses will close down and the country wont be competitive.

    They should STOP stealing from the people instead. And put that money into education and infrastructure which raises the country as a WHOLE.

    Rather than these stop gap measures aimed at pleasing people when in fact it exacerbates the problem even further (i.e. lose competitiveness and therefore close down your business laying off all those people).

    Example: Contact center. If you add 14th month than most operations will move their contracts to India. its that simple

    Wtf, nalilito ako sa analogy ni sotto. So bayad na pala ang 13th month eh so technically un "13th month pay" da December eh 14th na pala un????
