    I think such companies simply divide their annual pay by how many months pay they want to guarantee

    usually sa mga banks ganyan.. pare pareho mga local banks some 15.5 months guarantee.. some 16 months..

    sa telco dati sabi yung Smart nagbigay nang 18 months..
