We pay our labandera P300 / week, plus free merienda and lunch. She uses 2 washing machines though hand washing the under garments. 6 kami sa house, so uniforms pa lang ang dami na.

Ako kasi hindi ko tinutuos yun. Pag may ibang tao sa bahay, automatic ko inaalok ng pagkain o inumin, Understood na yun.
Alangan naman bayaran ko siya ng 400 imbes ng 350 pero nonood lang siya habang kumakain kami

Like in the previous posts, people are expecting a little more than the usual fare that is due to them, though its not mandatory. It may not apply to you since you could easily afford it, but some households don't have that luxury.

Pinagaawayan namin yan ng Mommy ko. Naliliitan ako sa kanya magpasweldo. Sasabihin niya libre pagkain at maraming bigay naman (eg used or new items) Ang sagot ko, food is not a motivation. Money is. Mas gugustuhin ng tao ang malaking sweldo kahit hindi libre pagkain. But she won't listen to me.
Pero sa mga workers (eg karpintero or plumber) alam ko iba ang rate ng with or without food.
