I agree that lugaw is plain porridge, goto is lugaw na may tuwlya (tripes) and/or bituka (intestines). Arroz caldo is lugaw with chicken laman,wings thigh,etc. Pospas is lugaw with chicken innards (atay,bituka).
Yung gotong Batangas walang lugaw,puro laman loob and sabaw.

lugawan sa ng goto Pasong Tamo. Carinderia style nga lang kaya mejo marumihan ang ating mga not so cowboy tsikoteer. Sarap talaga. pwedeng twalya, laman, isaw, mata nang baka, itlog. with lots of bawang on top tapos tokwa't baboy or lumpia na may suka/toyo mix nila
