With our activists getting rice farmers to boycotted rice strains because they're "genetically modified"? And our government not giving much technical support to our farmers? Is it any wonder???

this is really sad and ironic.. considering that it was here in the Philippines where the so called miracle rice was invented... considered yan as one of the top 50 inventions for the last half century
