sa mga franchise stores selling rtw, shoes, bags, etc kaya yan, coz minimum mark-up nila ay 40%. kaya kahit mag-sale sila ng 20% off, kita pa din sila.. and most (if not all) of their emplyees are contractual kaya wala extra expense for benefits..

pero sa mga "maliliit" na katulad ko, pahirapan na. rent is just the tip of the iceberg. a big chunk goes to salaries. include mo pa travel expenses, phone/electric bills, business/bir/dti/fire/brgy permits, sss/philhealth contributions, printing of receipts/plastic bags/unifrom, plus other miscellaneous expenses...

all in, expenses ko for the store is averaging 120k/month...

maliit pa yan compared to big time stores.. kaya ayoko na sana dumating ang pasko, kasi i'm giving 13th month pay kaya dumodoble ang gastos...
