sauman,
hindi advisable yan. hindi designed yung seat belt para sa dalawang tao, and the crushing force of the belt in case of an emergency could break the bones of the child (magaan kasi yung bata) kung naka seat belt silang dalawa at yung bata yung nasa harap. at baka mabitawan yung bata in an emergency, tatama yung bata sa dashboard.
at kung may airbag yung sasakyan, malamang magiging masyadong malapit yung airbag sa ulo ng bata. malakas yung inflation force ng airbag, enough to dislocate an arm i think hehe

15% of the collision accidents that are fatal are cause by passengers not wearing seatbelts inside the car even if driver is already wearing seatbelts.
The passengers are throw directly to the windshield or to the driver itself sustaining fatal injuiries.
So even if a kid at the back seat not wearing seatbelt could cause fatal accident during a collision

If you are in the front seat and belted and you have unbelted passengers in the back. You can be crushed and killed by your unbelted rear passengers as they fly forward in a crash.
