    high protein and fiber/low carb diet lang yan solve na weight problems nyo. eat more meat and vegies, cut down on the rice, potatoes and bread. better if you stop eating rice, potatoes and bread altogether. reason is simple - the body can easily burn protein and sugar, but not carbohydrate. carbohydrate usually just gets converted to fat by the body.

    hamburgers without the bun, anyone?

    Pero ang Xenical and the likes are for obese people who can't really get into a good diet structure and exercise routine..

    Prevention is better than cure ika nga... So take good care of yourselves.

    theveed: hindi rin... nagiging tabain na rin ako lately... kaya todo cardio na rin... kaya rin hindi na ako masyado nagbeer... for every pizza ko bawi ng 30minutes sa cardio... so imagine kung gaano na ako katagal sa gym... hahaha...
