    you can try couriers like johnny air cargo or forexworld. i used to receive my allowance delivered on fridays by either of the two. it's insured and convenient bec i can nominate what day they can deliver it, and it's free at least from my part. before it was thru pnb dollar account, pero fees and charges were higher. your passport or birth certif should be enough. sometimes singit na lang in a parcel, of course undeclared but it still goes through. google them if you likey

    35 bucks- too high.

    i heard HSBC has a reasonable fee for bank to bank transac
