    I also hate it when you hold the door open for someone and they do not say "thanks"

    I sometimes say welcome out loud. Pero minsan lang pag napikon ako.

    mga ganyan binibigyan ng memo if i were in the position and at the same company..

    for random people.. if they dont greet back it could be their culture or pg toinks..joke...

    Did it cross your mind that they are thinking the VPs are part of the decisions to let go of people? Or that they are the ones causing the mess in the first place?
