    Bwisit na Maynilad. Overcharged ang last 2 bills sa commercial space ko after they upgraded the meters. Times 3 ang singil. This happened to 3 of our tenants (in their residence) as well as my own father so this isn't new. Ang masama ayaw nila aminin na sa part nila may mali. Wala ka naman choice kasi wala naman competition ang Maynilad. That's monopoly for you. Sana ma-media mga pinaggagawa nila. Sarap gawin mga finifeature sa bestgore.com argh!!!

    Tumaas ang consumption sir? Or yung rate? Sa amin Manila Water gusto din nila palitan metro pero we refused. Tumaas pa rin ang bill hehe.

    I don't get why their debt is foreign currency denominated. Nagagamit pa tuloy na dahilan para magtaas pag sumama ang exchange rate.

    Tumaas consumption. Nakita naman nung CSR nila the previous months na consistent ang number of cubic meters nacoconsume tapos biglang nag-triple after they changed the meter. Yung submeters ng tenants consistent din ang naconsume. Ang bilis ng ikot ng main meter even when nobody was using it. It took weeks (almost a month) bago pa nila chineck at ayusin ang meter. Yung gumagawa mismo nagsabi na may mali nga. Tapos, nung kinontak ako ng taga Maynilad ang nakalagay daw sa report walang leak after the meter which meant na actual daw yung bill. I was like WTF? Inamin na nga ng tao nila na may mali tapos iba sasabihin?! Kahit anong i-argue mo wala rin mangyayari. Every 5 years daw nila inuupgrade ang meter. Kung alam ko lang mangyayari to at pwede tumanggi, di ko pinayagan na "i-upgrade" nila ang meter. Turned out ang bill ko pala ang na-upgrade.[emoji37]

    kaya ako yan business na may tubig eh, spa, nail spa, derma, restaurant, laundry, though it may seem profitsble coz it's a never -ending need. never ending ka din dependent sa water supply.
