March 24th, 2019 04:00 AM #32pag townhouse dalawa klase yung compound style or yung commercial ang dating na wala ng guardhouse. Pero ang pinag-aawayan pareha palagi eh PARKING. Babarahan ka pa. Kung gusto mo umalis madaling-araw eh ang hirap lumabas kaialnaga mo magdoorbell.
Eh cheapipay pa mga gawa ngayon. New manila na ito pero nakasidewalk parking.

you can rent it out for good money.

At ang kapalpakan ng developers since time immemorial= LAUNDRY AREA!!!!! Grabe liit ng space sa likod katabi ng dirty kitchen
Sa dami ko napuntahan townhouse isa lang matino. Bale yung third floor no more protruding terrace. Ginawa ng pantay tapos rehas na para hindi maakyat bahay pero may portion na fire exit nabubuksan. Marunong yung gumawa kasi jan yung laundry area pwede pa gawin relaxing dining area fresko hangin ang lawak.
Pangit kasi nakausli terrace pag maliit magmumukha santo-papa / rebulto hahaha. So terrace na usli type should be wide na pwede maglagay lamesa upuan pwede kumain.
Ito yung napuntahan ko maayos. Yung 3rd floor talaga nagdala sa laundry area ang lapad
