    Since the thread is all about "crabs", anyone of you dear tsikoteers familiar with "crab migration"? I think I saw this in the news on tv wherein a certain place in I think Australia has this. And if I'm not mistaken this has something to do with the female crabs depositing their eggs into the sea. Ang nakatuwa kasi nagkalat sila sa kalsada tapos as in affected talaga ang traffic kasi madami talaga! I've attached a photo from the net:

    Hanep kelan kaya mangyayari yan d2 sa pinas, malamang instead na buhay na crabs ang makikita nyo sa daan, mga shells nalang wala ng laman hehehehe. Welcome to Tsikot Robin, 1st post mo ito ah! enjoy

    anak ng "kagang"!!! ang daming kagang nya ah! mga land crabs, sarap nga mamulot at gawing pets. he he nagkainteres tuloy ako gumawa ng aqua-terrarium para sa mga land crabs or kagang.

    I think this is at Christmas Island if memory serves. And hindi ata edible yung mga crabs sayang

    hehe magandang idea yan :D the closest i got was putting hermit crabs in a plastic cup, di tumagal ng 3 araw hehehe

    Ok din mag-alaga ng hermit crabs, kaya lang kailangan madami kang i-stock na empty shells para habang lumalaki yung mga crabs mo e madami silang paglilipatan at nang hindi sila away ng away...

    Bukod sa hermit crab, ok rin alagaan ang fiddler crab (see pic below), meron akong nakita nito dati sa Tiendesitas, gawin mong brackish water set-up ang aquarium mo tapos samahan mo pa ng mudskipper na fish... meron ka nang mini mangrove swamp theme aquarium...
