whatever that policy means or how are they going to implement it, i believe this government is now treading on 'dangerous waters'.

I believe that GMA is relying too much on the advice of Ermita and FVR. Does she really think she can cow civilians with her tough talk?!? This is the information age. People are smarter and definitely will be more defiant if they start curtailing civil rights.

GMA's state of mind is like that of a cat caught in a corner by big dogs. panic mode. or more appropriate, to-hell-with-the-nation-i-will-remain-president mode. all actions of the president since july 2005 are solely for survival. ganyan talaga ang magnanakaw pag nahuhuli, kahit quicksand dadaanan makatakas lang.

yep. GMA will just inviting more protests and rallies. yung mga student group yun pa naman ang mga maiinitin ang ulo.
