whatever that policy means or how are they going to implement it, i believe this government is now treading on 'dangerous waters'.

I believe that GMA is relying too much on the advice of Ermita and FVR. Does she really think she can cow civilians with her tough talk?!? This is the information age. People are smarter and definitely will be more defiant if they start curtailing civil rights.
GMA's state of mind is like that of a cat caught in a corner by big dogs. panic mode. or more appropriate, to-hell-with-the-nation-i-will-remain-president mode. all actions of the president since july 2005 are solely for survival. ganyan talaga ang magnanakaw pag nahuhuli, kahit quicksand dadaanan makatakas lang.
ang galing!
parang diesel
kinacalibrate!
dapat ganito nlng "with or without permit no rallY"
para madali maintindihan

can they translate this to tagalog?
nose bleeding already...too complicated english!
Translation in Tagalog: Iprereempt nila, tapos ikakalibreyt, tapos irerespond nila. Mahirap bang intindihin eto? Dapat pa bang imemorize yan?
Stragedy nila yan. Kung mahirap intindihin, they can do anything they want.
Ala yan ...
preemptive calibrated response - gulpi de gulatProbably one of her advisers thought of the Tagalog phrase first then tried to translate it in English. Kung Martial Law, bugbog-sarado na ang gagamitin.
"preemptive calibrated response" our president added new security adviser from DENSO. The new adviser found out that our government lacks fuel supply due to injector failure. Ang gulo.
