Canon 6D with a 24-105 f4L IS lens. Didn't have a tripod with me so I just put my camera on the floor and used the lens hood to create an angle to capture the entire town square.
A long exposure captures the water from the fountain as a soft flow of light.
With a phone camera this is all you get:

Haven't had time to visit any falls recently, but I'd like to try it out myself. Usually 1/4 sec shutter speed or slower is enough to get that soft look for the water.
