Yes. Just make sure to use a waterproof lens, not the normal micro four thirds lens.

There are 3 ways to get a brighter image:
1) Longer time that the camera's sensor is exposed to light (shutter speed) - not a good option because this is prone to blur since it takes longer to capture the picture and inevitably your hand will shake

Either use a tripod or put the camera down and set the timer to prevent camera shake.
