Almost. It's the 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6. But it doesn't perform as well as the other zooms. Syempre, may compromise pa rin.
For the flash, you can buy the 430 EX II. Used one for about 2 years before selling it. Still performs like new and i've been to numerous events like 2 weddings of friends, countless car shows and the usual birthdays of loved ones.

If you can afford the 580 EX then go for it. Or maybe even the 600EX.

Tamron 17-50mm f/2.8 and Nissin Di622 flash. I got both secondhand for 13k and malaki talaga difference niya from kit lens and popup flash.

That said, explore the limits of your kit lens first - youd be surprised at how useful it is.

Also, if youre into shooting people, a 50mm f/1.8 costs less than 5k (if Canon). Sa Nikon nasa 9k if I'm not mistaken.

This is what my brother bought for the meantime while waiting for his issued rifle. Although armscor lang. High cap with bull barrel na and feather trigger as well and the sights upgraded iirc.
