"Hindi ako nagmamadali, pwedeng hulugan."
Mahirap kapag pinalusot mo, hindi magtatanda. I agree w/ acidboy, kung sino pa yung walang pambayad sila pa yung g*** at matapang.

I'm sure all you guys can somehow "read" wether they're pulling a fast one or legit na accident talaga. Practice a little compasion if indeed you feel that it was unintentional. Maybe as suggested by another poster, you can share the cost of the insurance participation.
It's a different story though if the guy was reckless and even arragont in dealing with you. Full force of the law should apply. Quite easy really for those with comprehensive insurance.
Happy and Safe motoring guys!

similar with small vehicle vs. big vehicle wherein the bigger one always takes the blame in an untoward incident.
I also had my share of such experiences na pinagod lang ako kapapabalik balik at 'di na nagbayad ang jeepney driver sa motor ko (he cut across me from the 2nd-to-the-outermost-lane) para lang pumasok sa gas station and my body was found under neath the jeep. Katangahan ko lang, nagtiwala ako sa MAPSA to forge an agreement with the jeepney driver. Kahuli-hulihan, nalaman ko wala rin pala akong habol kasi yung agreement na yon eh MAPSA lang, I thought back then that it was already enough, I learned I also had to launch a report in the police station. *sigh* anyway past has passed and I earned back the amount that incident has caused me so ... bygone

got victimized too by a jeepney driver, stop and go ang traffic, nung medyo lumuwag sa right side ko biglang humarurot itong jeep, eh biglang may tumawig kinabig papunta sa akin, inabot side mirror ko tumakas pa, nahabol ko sa tapat mismo na police outpost sabay harang sa jeep nya, nung nakita kami ng pulis, lumapit agad at tinanong kung ano nangyari, so the jeep driver tells us a long story at kesyo may sakit, the regular drama series... sabi nung pulis impossible wala ka pera, magahapon ka pumasada tapos pasensya na lang sa sinira mo... sabi ko na lang sa driver para patas tayo babasagin ko na lang salamin at headlites mo tapos lahat ng gulong laslasin na lang para amanos na lang. lumabas din 1200 tirahan na lang daw sya ng 300 pang boundery... sabi nung pulis kunin mo na kesa wala. so kinuha ko na, pagadting sa banawe 2500 and taiwan sidemirror assembly. abonado pa. kakainis

Read it on philstar too.
Great read.
We can trace this back to government policies coddling the poor.
Pro-poor = Anti-progress

MONEY WELL SPENT!!! I never regretted hitting that poor bastard.
sinabi moh! i hardly see my children now. when they were young, schedules were more predictable.
Traffic!
