Some vendors agree to under declare it, some dont. What I hate is the requirement to bring the Paypal receipt. The post office people taught me how to haggle with the examiner, kaya lang yung current examiner napaka strict, ayoko subukan.

Tax assessment ngayon ginagawa sa CMEC Pasay at nakadikit na yung resibo sa package. Di na pwede tumawad sa post office at all. Best is to use those shipping companies that offer ocean mail, malaki ang difference sa savings compared to air delivery.

Kumusta nowadays ang pamamalakad sa philpost? Planning a possible purchase from russia and wala atang johnny air type establishment doon although di ko pa na check ang service history ng dhl, fedex, etc doon.

Walang problema phimpost as long as below 10k yun item mo. Mabilis din mag claim tsaka pwede mo na rin track pag dumating na dito

Tapos kelangan lang i- present ang receipt sa kanila pag claim ng parcel bro?

If ever kapag credit card payment pwede ba parefund sa credit card company in case of non-delivery? Or nawala sa philpost?
