    Kung nagalit yung lot owner, he might sue you demand a high rent. Then you have to hire a lawyer tapos daming appearances pa.

    Boybi, the solution has been given to you in Page 2, go to the Assesor's office and look at the map in their computer. They will print out the name and current address pf the lot owner.

    A little Legwork lang yan kaysa palusot lusot pa ang gawin mo.
