I was talking about collection as a % of GNP. AFAIK, it reached a peak in the last year of Cory and 1st years of Ramos. Malayo pa tayo doon. Pero naniniwala din ako na the future is in OUR hands and not the govt's. Ang problema, imbes na positive o neutral factor man lang sila, nagiging BALAKID pa dahil yung corruption at inefficiency ay nagpapataas ng cost ng negosyo kaya hindi tayo maging competitive sa world market.

Pandagdag pa itong article na ito sa studies nila.

Sabi Pareng Oca, it doesn't matter kung first, second, third most corrupt tayo; what's important is that we accept (stop denying) that we ourselves are sometimes part of the problem or cause of the problem.

Pasaway sa kahit na maliliit na bagay:
    1. Pasaway sa color/number coding scheme.
    2. Pasaway sa road lanes.
    3. Pasaway sa parking, plus graft and corruption sa parking fees.
    4. Pasaway sa JDM Tilting plates, tinted glass or grill cover ng car plates.
    5. Pasaway sa bahay at sa trabaho.
    6. Pasaway sa smoking in non-smoking areas.
    7. Pasaway sa paggamit ng cellphones.
