Here, dry toilet paper first. Next is wet toilet paper. Then, dry toilet paper again.

I've seen a similar one although no water tank (direct piping). This one's at the Haneda Inn, Japan....... I was so amazed, I just had to take several pics:

This one's like a dream come true. Oh. it also has adjustable warm or cold water. My tush never felt more pampered.

Add: The only thing better would be one with a built-in air dryer.

I got to use one at a hotel in Shinagawa Prince, Japan. It was winter. Grabe... it was so comfortable, halos nagka-hemorrhoids na ako from staying too long.

I learned in a hurry never to stand up when the wash is on after one of the help knocked on the door to return my tip. I forgot there's no tipping in Japan. In fact, it's an insult. I also couldn't count. I thought Y10000 was $10. Silly me.
