Paano Inaakyat/Ibinababa ang Cranes sa mga buildings?

ito ang tanong, normally nang pangkaraniwang tao sa amin, especially, isa kaming new/rental supplier dito sa pinas ng Potain tower crane.

...Inaakyat? mas madaling maintindihan kung isipin natin ang tower crane na parang "lego". dalawang pamamaraan:

1. inserting mast elements (3m or 5m long per element) by disconnecting the pin connections joining the upper structure & last upper mast and installing the special equipment called the Telescoping cage, which lift to separate the upper structure from the masts combinations, pinaka-halige (by hydraulic jack system), enough to "insert" the mast elements up to the desired height. Anchoring the whole crane to the side of the structure (or using guy wires) maybe required. Ito ang pinaka-mahal na solution (in terms of crane price) at laging nakapwesto sa labas nang structure na-itinatayo.

2. disconnecting the pin connections between the bottom mast combinations (pinaka ilalim na mast pins) to separate the whole crane from the foundation by special hydraulic "Jacking Equipment". normally, the whole crane goes through between floors and supported at two points (between floor slabs) by what we call "climbing collars". the whole crane is jacked-up to desired height as required as the building rises. ang crane ay kalimitang tinatayo sa loob ng building structure.

Ibinababa (Dismantling)....

Pagka-tapos ng trabaho ng tower crane, para sa:

item 1 na pamamaraan, reverse lang ang trabaho, paisa-isang tinatangal ang mast elements hangang sa pinaka-mababang posibling height at aabutin naman ang remaining components pira-piraso gamit ang mobile crane.

item 2. binababa (jackdown) ang buong crane as closely possible sa roof top para ma dismantle pirapiraso gamit ang mas-maliit na crane (derrick or stiff leg, etc) para ibaba naman pira-piraso ng same small crane to the ground.
