Actually, I was going to offer a one time monetary support for them para di ko na pinoproblema. At the same time bigay na rin separation since they mentioned before na ayaw na bumalik sa work.

But when I went to the hospital room and nalaman ko yung cost ng mga medicines, alam kong hindi uubra yung amount na balak kong i-offer so yung separation muna ang binigay ko para may panggastos sila for their everyday needs.

Tatapusin nalang yung antibiotic now and pwede na daw sila madischarge (the antibiotic costs almost 3K per vial and 3x/day ito for 7 days), that is, if wala ng lumabas pang ibang complications.

ito ang hindi ko nagawa, ang pagvideo while signing the quitclaim and receiving the money. na-advice din sa akin ito ng isang lawyer friend ko pero parang nahiya akong gawin. naka sign naman as witnesses yung asawa and anak sa quitclaim.

kung kasi after the hospitalization.. tapos naging ok sya.. tapos ayaw pa din nya bumalik for work.. kailangan mo lang nang certificate sa doctor na fit to go back to work na sya.. pag ayaw pa din nya.. he can resign.. or you can terminate him.. wala ka na dapat binayarang separation pay.. basta sabi nang doctor fit to go back to work.. tapos ayaw.. eh di mo na kasalanan yun..

ganyan kasi sa amin, either mag isa nagresign or na-terminate, binibigyan namin separation.

Kailangan i file na claim, pa asikaso ninyo na para mabawasan ang babayaran kaysa maghintay ng reimbursement ng philhealth.

Napaka suerte ninyo dahil 3k per vial lang, it could go as high as 8k pag me particular Brand preference ang Physician.
Mayroon mga physician na massive agad ang intervention and syiempre massive din gastos dahil sigurista lang sila.
