Possibly it's cast in place (buhos concrete) with the walls all being load bearing. Parang honeycomb. Downside here is you cannot just tear down portions of the wall. Fast to build and pretty efficient and sturdy if you get it right.

varies with location. in the philippines, labor is dirt cheap, not much savings here. but on the materials for form, logistics of materials and the rent/purchase of shoring jacks is hefty. the used forms usually break apart when removed from the cast concrete.

Pre fab siya... nakita ko mismo sa site yung mga walls and floor... Mandaue city, Cebu pala tong project na toh...
