inside chismis from the FPIC (chismosa mode muna ako) ang theory nila dyan eh ganito. days before na headline yan eh may nakita daw na several drums dun sa basement na ang laman eh fuel (gasolina yata). ang duda nila eh these drums of gasolina were bought from the "paihi" yung bibili ka ng illegal dun sa mga tanker na bumabyahe. sa takot na ma diskubre itong illegal na ginawa nila eh they dumped the drum drum of gasolina dun sa sump. tumagas ang amoy ngayon hanggang mga canal kaya nagkagulo gulo na. naghukay ang FPIC para lang to satisfy yung kagustuhan ng makati gov't, para na rin ma clear sila dun sa problema.

yung condo naman, na turn over na sa mga owners ng unit yung management. they have an association yata kaya yung mga owners na ang responsible na managot sa mga violations. heto ang malupet, they have to pay P50M daw (di ko sure yung figure na ya) dahil sa environmental violation chorva. otherwise mapupunta na raw sa makati gov't yung property kung di nila nabayaran.

Mahal namang ka-chorva-han yan........

They have finally found the leak along Osmena. The leak is from FPIC pipe afterall. They were probing/digging with the help from UP scientist when diesel fuel leaked like a fountain from the broken pipe. It took the Makati Goverment longer to look for the fuel leak than for Chile to dig out the trap miners... galing!

Can the homeowners of West tower and other residences in the affected area now sue FPIC for damages?

Those passing through Osmena highway, please avoid passing through the area. This is due to the on going digging and danger from leaking fuel that spilled onto the road...

i am not sure pero alam ko mas nauna ang pipe ng FPIC bago pa yata itayo ang condo. so mukhang malabo i sue yun.

FPIC still would not admit that the leaking fuel came from their pipeline. The fuel came out through bore holes made by the Makati fire department near the pipe line. Are they trying to "avoid" repairing the pipeline which will deal a financial blow to them?

Pero diba dapat FPIC Should be the one in charge of maintaining their pipe line? and beside the city of Makati give Development permit to the developer of the said Condominium so the city approved that the location is safe for condominium.

yep but they can always say something happnened (diggings, construction of surroundings) kung bakit nag leak ang pipes nila. pwede during nung construction ng condo, skyway, etc. di naman kasi after ng damage sa pipe e leak kagad. baka minute crack lang nung una. they can only say its their fault kung deserted area ang pinagmulan ng leak.
