how much is the airfare from auckland to manila? me direct flight ba?
Alam ko may age limit din ang pag-apply ng PR (not sure kung ano exactly), climate as their saying here, " 4 seasons in 1 day".

Sa NSW, no stamp duty on purchase price pag first home. Wala ring real estate tax pag owner-occupied ang bahay. Sa SA, no stamp duty on home purchases of up to $250,000.

Marami pang benefits.

Since our US petition is as slow as a snail and our age is "reversing back", we are thinking about NZ which, as estimated, will only take 2-3 years of processing.
