Sometimes I DJ on there. You might recognize my name from http://www.allmusic.com. Most of the New Wave biographies and reviews -- at least the Manila-centric ones -- were written by me, from the Lotus Eaters to Fra Lippo Lippi to the Dawn. Anyway, I hope you enjoy the station that dares to be different. We do take requests & dedications at xb102music*yahoo.com. By the way, XB was the first New Wave radio station in Manila followed by BM-105 in 1985 for a short period of time. Shortly after XB's demise on June 9, 1987, NU-107 was born in December of that year and then BM switched back to New Wave.

I have my own record label, Sutton Records:

Prettier Than Pink is on it (asawa ko si Lei).

    Here's the WXB tribute site:

I also released the U.S. debut of my friend Peter Coyle of the Lotus Eaters a few years ago called "Reach for the Sun."

Long live New Wave!!! Our genre will never die!

the only reason why XB stuck in my head was when I was in grade school .. pinaguusapan nung mga waver na mga kaklase ko sa auditorium na magsasara na yung XB .. hindi pa ako nakikinig sa new wave noon .. high school na ako nahilig dahil sa mga high school dance .. pero at that time .. wala na XB .. hehe ..
