Just had a frustrating experience sa store ko.
I was checking my inventory sa counter while this customer was paying, tapos all of a sudden narinig ko syang nagsabi ng "oo". E di ako naman sabi ko "ano po?", tapos sabi nya "oo ba pangalan mo?" I said "po?" she said "bat ka tumingin nung sinabi ko oo?". I explained that i was checking my stocks sa side nya... the she goes... "ikaw ba ang may-ari?" sabi ko "opo, ako ang may-ari" then she asks my kahera "sya ba?". my kahera ansywers "sya po." Then she leaves the counter murmuring "lalabas din ang tunay na may ari..."(muntik na ko matawa dito) :hysterical: I kept my cool pero nanggigigil pa rin ako hanggang ngayon...
siguradong may "tama" yung customer, and i wasn't gonna let her disrespect me. i know the customer is always right... pero may recourse pa ba dito?

Wag mong ilimit yung conclusion mo sa kung may "tama" o may "sayad" o may "baltik" ang customer.
Maaari ding:
1. Adik
2. Period Niya (sabi mo, she)
3. Had a Bad Day
In any case, IMO, of all the people, you being the owner should know that there's no customer na may sayad/tama/baltik - just customers with special needs.

'may tama sya!' (ala-kris aquino)
hehe...i remember kwento nung isang taxi driver, inikot-ikot nya buong maghapon sa maynila yong pasahero nya, mukhang disente naman. na-realize nya may sayad pala after tinanong-tanong nya nung nainip na sya...iba-iba raw sinasagot. :D
see my pahabol statement above.
