    Mga NBI agents lang yata di nakakaalam nito. It will take to not more than 15 mins to change your MAC address via downloading a free app in the internet. You don't even have to buy anything. What failed reasoning.

    not everybody does that though since there's no concern about police ramming your doors or lawsuits because of downloading X,Y,Z, etc...

    though I use peerguardian2 just in case...

    Eto nalang, they cannot even solve the damn long queues pag renewal or new application. Takes a whole day to finish. Regulate the stupidity there first before they put their hands on IT matters.
