My worse ankle injury took 3-4 months to completely heal. Nung natapilok ako I felt it completely roll almost to a 90 degree angle. Ouch, I was able to drive home but the next day, I was hardly able to walk. I was able to play a couple of weeks later but alalay lang. Your style of play also plays a major factor... yung friend ko madalas matapilok kasi alanganin mga talon niya, mostly jumping on one feet and jumping on heavy traffic. Alalay lang mga tsong, lalo na pag pickup game.

tagal non ah. ung akin mukhang hindi naman gaano serious. hindi na siya masyado masakit ngayon, pero may chance na sumasakit pag nagkakamali ng apak o galaw. pero rest ko na muna to para sigurado.

at dapat alisin...dahil lagi lang kikirot iyan pag d inalis...
