jollibee - 30M (includes Greenwich)
Mcdo - 25M pero kelangan pa ng financial check sa franchisee, kelangan hundreds of millions ang pera!

Jollibee is between 18m (if you have connections) to 25m++. If you've got a co-investor or a backer, you can get it easily. But pick your spots wisely. I've seen a lot of franchises go up in smoke because of poor location and mismanagement.

Shakey's is also okay. Gusto ko ngang Brother's Burgers, but I have a feeling ROI will take way too long... though the business itself is robust (they were purchased by Pancake House because of this), and the food is great. Another nice one would be Red Ribbon (just purchased by Jollibee, so it MIGHT be available for franchise).

IMO, 30M isn't that big anymore.. isang condo lang sa Fort 10M+ na..

tsaka ang alam ko.. pag ganyang jackpot.. hindi naman lahat binibigay nang isang bagsakan? parang scattered kung ilang years..

yes sir! meron nga ako nabasa sa Yahoo News 4 or 5 months ago about an illegal mexican immigrant who won the Lotto in new york with a cash prize of $200 million plus......the article stated that the illegal mexican immigrant only had $12 left as cash from his salary as a waiter.....gusto niyang bumalik sa mexico to be with his family kasi super hirap ng buhay niya sa NY, he decided to buy a $1 lotto ticket before buying a bus ticket to bid farewell to his relatives in NY but he won the top prize a few days later!!!

Well, depende sa tao yan. Kung uubusin sa condo eh talagang ubos yan. Pero kung simpleng tao lang eh sobra-sobra na yan.
