    Mainam na gulay nga yung malunggay.

    Napanood ko sa Jessica Soho yung mga teacher sa isang public school hinahalo yung crushed malunggay leaves sa puto, then pinapakain nila sa mga students nila.

    powdered malunggay leaves have been marketed years back, also in capsule form, as it promotes lactation for mom.

    the leaves contain good sources of calcium and vit a so im taking it, either with monggo or with sardines.

    ampalaya leaves is also good, for both gren leaves dont overcook them, as the nutritional value will diminish, what we do is put the leaves on the boiling soup or broth, then let it boil for 1-2 minutes cover the lid and turn off the fire, after around 15-20 minutes its ready to serve.
