I feel sad kapag ginigiba places I used to go to when I was young. Why can't the Philippines preserve buildings/places? I have fond memories of going to town center in the 90s when I would visit my cousins in Alabang. It was built daw in the 80s? But I think it was in the 90s when they built it the way it is now (wala pa yung aircon na building) because I remember my cousins taking me to the "new mall", that was 90s na.

Under the National Cultural Heritage Act, old heritage buildings can be protected. If a building is at least 50 years old and preserved in its original condition, it is presumed to be a heritage building

Madaming patrons nagagalit sa bagong parking payment scheme Ng festival mall. From what I've read, the mall management is trying to automate the payment process similar to what moa has been doing.
