For groceries, preferred namin AllHome, particularly at C-5 extension, kasi kakaunti tao at ung shopping cart kids friendly.
May Kids City sa top floor at may CR for kids. Nakakarelax ung atmosphere.

from subsistence living they improved their lives to be able to go malling

ung makapag mall = climbing up the social ladder

    ung hindi na sila patay-gutom

they go to malls na madami tao coz it feels great nakakasabay na sila sa iba

hayaan niyo sila... pag umangat pa sila sa buhay they may prefer malls with fewer people

or even vacation in private islands

Maraming food stores, resto, fine dining, coffee shop. Walang bubuyog at clown.

I had a chance to talk with one of the Mall's CEO (I will not mention which mall). During pandemic when branded stores cease operation they have muslims tenant that keeps the mall alive and they operate even at a loss so they are very thankful to them they are still there even through tough times.

The SM style of doing business with suppliers have made it impossible and hard for small time businesses to sell their products. SM requires listing fees for each SKU, display allowances, merchandisers, etc.

And this style of SM e ginaya na ng lahat ng groceries.

kaya tsikoteers maging mapanuri kayo.

Mga taga new manila sa metro erod or hitop namimili. Maybe a few sa robinsons another overprice.

    eh kung may bumibili naman...

    because i have a good-looking, comfortable store...
    strategically located,
because i have a good parking lot...

all these things cost money, and i have every right to price my product accordingly.

'di ba kags, you yourself said, that you would rather buy your watch from a more comfortable, more good-lookin' airconditioned store, even as it costs more there?

    doc,

ibang usapan pag relo. Kasi hindi naman everyday buy yan. At pag bibili ng relo inaabot 30minutes to 1hour for just one watch so dapat may aircon naman. So kaya nacriticize ko mga avenida stores na same pricing sa mall.

doc pag masdan mo mga bumibili ng relo how focus hawak hawak pahimas-himas.

Again relo is not necessity.
