kasi he gave us the impression na hindi siya nagpapa-TAGAH

so you'd expect bibili siya ng relo sa avenida dahil mas mura

then he says ayaw niya bumili sa tindahan na walang improvement (kung ano itsura ng tindahan dati ganyan parin ngayon)

so bibili nalang siya sa mall where the store owner spent money on nice display, lighting and aircon

kahit mas mahal... reward daw niya yan sa owner for making a nice store

Currently at Ayala mall Macapagal. Ang luwag, marami na din bukas na shop. Pati kainan. Although Saturday weekend almost lunch time parang konti tao sa mga restaurant. Just passed by ramen nagi and walang laman. Usually ramen nagi sa MOA pila sa labas especially during weekend. Pati parking lot maluwag.

This is the kind of mall na gusto ko puntahan, hindi matao, although I don't know how businesses here would survive kung konti tao.

The problem with Ayala Manila Bay I think they don't have a jeepney or bus terminal unlike MOA which is easily accessible to people.

si ayala WALANG KARAPATAN MAGPASOSY....why? Kasi sunod sila ng sunod kung nasaan si SM. Ang tunay na sosy place dapat madali puntahan, confortable, ease of use. Paano naging sosy si ayala eh tinabihan nga si sm north, sm marikina, mall of asia to name a few.

Ang tunay na sosy yung may sarili ka pwesto like si amanpulo, balesin. So ayala should venture in island beach business hahahahah

Yan ang problema hindi ka kasi nakinig sa school, honestly common sense lang na iba iba ang target demographic ng Ayala sa Sm. Obviously you're not the target of Ayala but that doesn't mean porque hindi ikaw ang captured market mag sour grape ka na dyan. SM tried to capture Ayala's market and failed - Podium and Aura!

Bakit mga top school dito nagkakaintindihan [emoji14] ikaw lang ang others [emoji14]

SM cannot be sosy. They failed sa nilalangaw na SM Podium. Ginagawa parkingan yan para pumunta ng sm megamall. Early 2000 pa yan ginagawa ko.

Dati ko pa sinasabi ito na SM hindi sila pwede sa sosy business kasi its a business na langaw overprice.

What sm is doing now eh pang international standard but not sosy.

Ayala should just make a mall in a hotel. Yan ang target market nila. Wag na sila magpaka-masa kasi trying hard.
