Nagpunta kami ikea. Malaki nga sya. At ang design ng showroom nila eh parang snake or bituka. Pasikot sikot na dumadaan sa lahat ng exhibit. Kung nasa gitna ka na and you want to go out immediately, there's no quick way out, you'll have to follow the path na pasikot sikot hanggang makalabas.

Marami kami kags sa tsikot na pupunta sa Makati rally, it will be my first public gathering to attend since covid.

Diyan lang umiikot ang mundo ko. I never go to Pasay though. It's kinda scary and too traffic. Nawala ako dyan once e dami mga lalaki nakahubad nakatambay sa kalye. They have the worst buwaya police there too.

Last time I was there may improvements. I don't care for MOA because I don't go there. Ang convenient sakin Ayala Center at Rockwell at BGC which I consider Makati, e bakit ako pupunta ng Pasay. Ang hindi ko rin pala type dito masyado yung Century mall. Saka I don't consider Pasay south. May bahay din kami sa south, ang south sakin Paranaque, Las Pinas and Alabang.

Yup matagal ng ganyan state ang GB1. It makes me sad though because that is the last remnant of the old GB. When I'm there I could picture GB in the 90s, esp Dulcinea, my Dad and I used to go there a lot.

LV just moved to GB3 from GB4 and the store is much more bigger than the old one so mukhang nag aayos lang talaga sila

I heard from someone who is a tenant on most malls that the Ayala Malls are less lenient on their rental policies which is why there are more stores there that are closed. In contrast the SM Malls are the most accommodating to the tenants who need help due to covid.

That is Karma for the Ayala brood. They turn culture and collect high rent. Their God is money. I hope they learned their lesson. Now the will charge their loses to lower their taxes.

Ayala Mall Manila Bay has so few tenants but the kids like it there

I think Shang is the most affected among the malls, next will GB and Glorietta.

Rockwell is doing fine, esp the restaurants ok pa. Thou nawala bigla yun Churros.
