if human sizing is involved, i wouldn't buy online.
too many manufacturers have their weird ideas of how humans should be sized.
in my experience, adidas lang ang may consistent foot sizing.

Hit or miss. I have clothes I bought online from China/Lazada that got me a lot of compliments but some that I did NOT even wear once. Grabe sizing sa China, parang basis ata dwende na anorexic I look like a suman in micromini saka yung tela see through sa nipis.

    i noticed,
some china-made items but purchased in the US, are of better quality than similar china-made items purchased locally.
my guess is, the US consumer rights policy have sharper teeth over there..

well people here say they will only buy clothes in physical stores

i don't think they represent the majority

clothing companies aren't gonna maintain physical stores just for a few people

Yes dr, that is true! Even European brands are made in China na rin, but the difference is their quality standards nga talaga

Pero dr, I NEVER in my entire life bought fake until recently because I saw an item in shoppee that looked exactly like original!!! I bought it out of curiosity because I couldn't believe it. When I received the item, it's hard to tell talaga na it's fake. I have a feeling it is the same factory hired by the company to make the products tapos nakalusot.

so you can buy those without the brand mark up

ako esp sa shoes I buy the same in 2 sizes kasi nga iba ang fit pag sinukat mo na talaga. Tapos isosoli ko yung isa. That's why its important na pwede ko siya isoli and I don't buy from shops abroad (unless its thru zalora).

kung konti lang tao it no longer makes sense to have that money-burning expense

kaya sa ibang bansa nag shut down ng physical stores mga clothing brand and increased online presence

when clothing brands left the malls died (kasi nga major tenants)

kaya local malls need alternative tenants if they wanna stay alive

sigurado local mall operators are already thinking about that

Cash preservation mode mga tao they would save the money and spend it on bills or food. I even have a colleague nagsusuot ng sapatos sa loob ng bahay minsan kasi nga daw masisira kapag hindi ginamit. People like that and most people these days won't buy more of what they won't use para lang amagin at masayang.

Iniisip ko din yan about my sneakers. Seriously, since lockdown in March I haven't worn shoes. Kapag hindi nasusuot nasisira sapatos

i mean even after the pandemic

but the pandemic accelerated the timeline

    di lang clothing

ung evolution papunta online was already taking place before the pandemic

pero dahil sa pandemic na-fast forward lahat

what should have happened in 5 to 10 years has been pulled forward
