My heart sinks talaga everytime I see a condo being built or a lot getting partitioned. Lalo nagiging dense Manila.
Pero napakaraming restos na talaga. Dati yrabaho ko magpa reserve sa resto sa barkada at family ko. Pero since last year I don't anymore kasi parati may seat naman. Except for some really popular restos like Souv or cheap ones like Mesa or Manam

I'm sure you know this already, pero this is where you leverage low loan interest rates that are rising slower than the property prices... A few years ago nasa 15-20M palang yun. Ngayon the higher end and bigger floor area/developments in that area go for 30 and up.
To be fair though maganda yung pwesto sa New Manila. You're not too far from everything.

Nagugulat ako what they can do with small lots. Yung Lola ko claustrophobic sa house namin ang liit daw (e di sana malaki binigay niya).
My Lola wanted a compound style before. Basta tabi tabi bahay e the children objected kaya same village kami but different streets. Pero now that I'm older, I wish nasunod Lola ko. Like ako walang kapatid sobrang lungkot.

Sa new manila karamihan yung enter the dragon type na harap-harapan, nuo sa nuo. Ayoko ng ganito masyado kulob tapos parking abante atras. Tapos sa labas ng guardhouse may nakabalandra kotse na para dapat sa pedestrian. Pumangit tuloy.
Meron mura townhouse sa new manila yung likod ng jollibee. Sa labas kala mo village pero sa loob eh malilit na townhouse lang. Puro parking sa labas ng bahay.

Sa bandang Unimart naman, soon to be tenants nila ay Luk Yuen, Nord's Bread Nook, Original Savory, Kuya J, and Smart (sa second floor) haven't see the whole basement and whole second floor because closed pa sila.
